They opened the box office more than 30 minute before the performance. We got there 40 minutes before showtime we were informed they were presold to the boys and girls club. Thanks infringe I appreciate the heads up...
ReplyDeleteMorning David,
ReplyDeleteWe were very fortunate to have Peyton Manning Children's Hospital underwrite the performance that you chose to attend. It was a very inspiring opportunity - see the details here: http://www.indyfringetalk.com/2011/08/free-tickets-available-for-show.html
I hope you got into the show. We brought in more chairs to accommodate everyone in line. I know that some tickets were pre-sold to a couple of organizations that wanted to ensure that they would get in to see the show under the circumstances.
If I didn't answer or resolve your comment, I encourage you to contact me directly (and while I cannot control the box office) I will do my best to better your experience.

Well Jared thank you for the reply. The anger of my comment certainly wasn't geared towards you.. Unfortunately we live 4 hours away in a small southern Illinois town. We were only there for two nights and that was your only performance while we were there. If you ever decide to tour beyond the fringe I'll be on your mailing list. Just send me an email of where you'll be and I'll bring the wife and kids!! Thanks, David
