  1. Witty and charming. A group of elementary school girls seek to take control of story time, by asking their teaching to read them stories that involve female heroines. They end up creating the stories themselves and bring a new twist to 4 classic tales...a shotgun. I loved it. Creative and fun.

  2. Written to the strengths of its young cast, this show cracks wise about the politics of femininity and academia. Plus you get to see classic heroines get mad as hell and decide they aren't going to take it anymore. Plenty of fun for anyone who has sat in a literature class and thought, "how the hell does this relate to me?"

  3. Well done ladies! This young cast had more stage presence, maturity, and ability to handle their characters than some adults do. They were so good in tackling this script, and I felt like I learned a little bit. I would have taken "Lit 101 with a shotgun" in a heartbeat!
